Members of the Jury
They are professional cinema artists with a singular and objective vision on modern cinema. There are seven of them in the jury for long feature films and five for short feature films.
Films in Competition
The competing films must have been produced between 2008 and 2009. The participating countries can submit several cinematographic works.
The Tributes
The festival will honor for its third editions several major figures that contributed to value and develop the Arab 7th art.
